Rental Agreement

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and assumes responsibility for all rented equipment during the rental period.

Rental Period

Rental rates include the rental period selected at checkout. Equipment must be returned or made available for pickup on the scheduled return date. Additional rental fees may apply for extended rentals.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges for rental extensions, damages, missing items, cleaning fees, replacement costs, or other authorized charges may be charged to the payment method on file.

Authorization to Charge Payment Method

By completing a rental transaction, the customer authorizes Drop Point Rentals LLC to retain a valid payment method on file for the duration of the rental and any reasonable period necessary to resolve outstanding charges.

The customer agrees that Drop Point Rentals LLC may charge the payment method on file for:

• Rental fees and approved rental extensions
• Late return fees
• Missing or non-returned equipment
• Damaged equipment
• Cleaning fees
• Replacement costs
• Delivery or pickup fees incurred due to customer error or inability to complete service

Equipment not returned within 30 days after the scheduled return date, and for which the customer has not made prior arrangements, may be deemed non-returned. Replacement charges may then be applied to the payment method on file in accordance with the Replacement Fee Schedule.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file remains valid and has sufficient available funds to cover all authorized charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all rented equipment upon delivery or pickup. Any missing items or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Failure to report any issues within this time constitutes acceptance of the equipment as delivered in good condition.

Late Returns

Equipment not returned by the scheduled return date may incur additional weekly rental charges until all rented equipment has been returned.

Damaged or Missing Equipment

Customers are responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed equipment will be subject to repair or replacement charges.

Replacement fees represent a reasonable estimate of the cost to replace equipment, including acquisition, shipping, handling, and administrative expenses.

Replacement Fee Schedule

The following replacement fees may be charged for equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear:

• Moving Tote: $30 each
• Tote Dolly: $75 each
• Hand Truck: $150 each
• Appliance Hand Truck: $250 each
• Moving Blanket: $20 each
• Cargo Carrier: Replacement cost based on current market value

Equipment Condition

All equipment is provided in clean, working condition. Customers agree to use equipment only for its intended purpose and return it in substantially the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

All rented equipment remains the sole property of Drop Point Rentals LLC at all times.

Cleaning Fees

Equipment returned with excessive dirt, paint, chemicals, adhesives, concrete, hazardous materials, odors, or other contamination may be subject to cleaning or replacement charges.

Equipment must be emptied of all personal belongings before return or scheduled pickup.

Personal property left in returned equipment may be discarded or otherwise disposed of after 30 days if not claimed by the customer.

Prohibited Uses

Equipment may not be used for commercial waste disposal, hazardous materials, demolition debris, concrete, chemicals, flammable materials, or any purpose for which it was not designed.

No Transfer or Subleasing

Rented equipment may not be transferred, loaned, subleased, rented, or otherwise provided to any third party without the prior written consent of Drop Point Rentals LLC. The customer named on the rental agreement remains fully responsible for all rented equipment and associated charges until the equipment has been returned and inspected.

Customer Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Customers assume all risks associated with loading, unloading, transporting, storing, and using rented equipment.

Customers are responsible for the safe use and handling of all rented equipment. Drop Point Rentals LLC shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, losses, or claims arising from the customer's use, misuse, loading, unloading, transportation, or storage of rented equipment, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for scheduled deliveries and pickups.

Additional fees may apply if delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, inaccessible locations, pets not being secured, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Rental Extensions

Rental extensions may be available upon request and are subject to inventory availability. Additional rental charges apply to all approved extensions.

Photo Documentation

Drop Point Rentals LLC reserves the right to photograph rented equipment before delivery, at pickup, and upon return to document its condition and verify any damage, excessive wear, or missing items.

Cancellations

Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Once equipment has been delivered, rental fees are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Drop Point Rentals LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to weather, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, governmental actions, labor disputes, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drop Point Rentals LLC's total liability arising out of any rental shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that rental.

Drop Point Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the rental or use of its equipment.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Any legal action relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Adams County, Nebraska, unless otherwise required by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

Drop Point Rentals LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will apply only to future rentals and will not affect rental agreements already in effect unless required by law.
